Business Development Representative (BDR)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager – Business Development, the Business Development Representative (BDR) is an amazing opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in technology sales to Financial Services firms. The BDR will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into assigned business accounts. The BDR will be trained on how to develop business opportunities over the telephone by leveraging marketing and advertising campaigns and proven methodologies. The BDR will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at Financial Services firms about their business operations and regulatory compliance issues.

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the Sales organization, and the compensation package includes a competitive benefits package, salary and lucrative commission structure. Teamwork will be critical as the BDR will work closely with other members of the Sales Team.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new business opportunities
  • Strategize with the Manager – Business Development and top-producing Sales Executives
  • Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts
  • Orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
  • Leverage tools to prospect into specific assigned accounts
  • Achieve/exceed weekly quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Perform all business development-related activities.
  • Develop strong internal working relationships with all functional areas within Docupace.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the prospect’s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes, and primary competitors.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the business development process and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed and accurate forecasting on current business development pipeline on a timely basis as required.
  • Compile information and data related to prospect interactions and record it in Salesforce CRM.

Education and Experience: 

  • A demonstrated strong desire to learn and succeed in technology sales
  • 2+ years sales or related business development experience is preferable, though not required.
  • High School diploma or GED required. Two or more years of college or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • B2B calling and selling experience.
  • Experience Inbound/Outbound Sales.
  • Salesforce CRM experience for Sales Reporting/Forecasting a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry a plus.

Enterprise (ePACS) Support Representative

Position Summary

The Enterprise Support Manager will supervise a select few enterprise accounts as the primary contact/relationship manager for support, service, upgrades, etc. They will also track the progress of support cases, collaborate with technical support engineers to set priorities, and provide progress updates to customers. They will also provide sales support and guidance, as necessary. This is not a technical role, however, knowledge of, experience with, and exposure to enterprise-level software solutions is an advantage.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Coordinate regular feedback and update calls with customers
  • Maintain oversight of cases
  • Receive and respond to account escalation calls
  • Primary interface between not only internal Docupace departments – Sales, Professional Services and Support, but also partner integrations to the Docupace solution
  • Customer facing, as necessary

Attributes

  • Financial Services industry experience, particularly Broker Dealers/RIAs a plus
  • Technical customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology-related discipline though not mandatory
  • Experience dealing with large customers and complex support issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage critical customer support escalations
  • Excellent knowledge in common enterprise software applications
  • Technical support experience in a help desk or call center environment is preferred
  • Ability to convey information to customers in a clear and concise manner as well as analyze and prioritize requests

Business Analyst

Position Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will define and document business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements, complete technical setup and configuration of business rules, and perform technical testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining test plans, test scripts and conducting technical testing prior to User Acceptance testing. You will be working in a team environment with business and technical resources as well as third party vendors.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the definition of business rules for Docupace
  • Create User Requirements, functional Specifications and functional design documents
  • Document current state / future state systems processes
  • Elicit end user business requirements and accurately translate/ incorporate into base system design documentation
  • Author, review and refine business specification documents to ensure accurate and complete translation of business requirements
  • Work closely with IT team members to translate high level requirements into business design specifications
  • Technical setup and configuration of workflow rules, form sets, and form validations
  • Participate with the project management and IT teams in all stages of a project, including analysis/planning, design development, testing, and implementation
  • Effectively communicate information concisely to business sponsors, various technical areas and other business units
  • Provide knowledge and maintain documentation of business/system processes
  • Provide turnover materials for IT QA and other business analysts

Position Summary
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. As a Docupace Project Manager you will maintain excellent communication with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth running of all your projects. You will be responsible for representing the PMO in a mature and organization-focused manner, projecting a professional image.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Lead a mixture of Agile and traditional projects of medium to large size and complexity as a Project Manager
  • Facilitate project planning, meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other
  • Develop estimates, both high-level and detailed, for project work, schedule, cost, and resources. Build the overall sprint, release or project plan and manage resource and deliverable dependencies
  • Identify, secure, and coordinate implementation of internal and external resources and expertise as appropriate to achieve project objectives; negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines
  • Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established PMO practices and methodologies
  • Aggressively manage project change to ensure that your projects meet prioritized deliverable, time, and cost commitments
