Training is specific to our “Retail Sites”. These sites are primarily Document Management with only Archive Workflow. If you’re using an enterprise Docupace Site, for Broker-Dealers, OSJ’s or RIA’s, we recommend that you follow up with your back-office regarding training on procedures and requirements, especially if there’s a process in place to submit documents for review, approval and/or back office filing.
