Docupace is announcing the launch of its next-generation user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) initiative – a leap forward designed to turbocharge productivity, fuel adoption and supercharge scalability. Key enhancements for the revamped Docupace platform include:
Innovation often comes in small steps, other times it’s with bold strokes. The new user interface (UI) and enhanced user experience (UX) is our most audacious upgrade in 20 years. It’s much more than a facelift, we’ve leveraged user feedback/testing, world-class design principles and future-focused technology to reinvent the form and function of the platform.
The result is a modern, user-friendly, and highly functional interface that will streamline your workflows and improve your daily operations. Expect smoother navigation, faster access to key features, and an overall experience that will feel both familiar and refreshingly new.
By listening to our users. One consistent point of feedback in user surveys and conversations in recent years was a request to make navigating the platform more intuitive and to provide users with more flexibility to configure their site themselves. To ensure we rose to these expectations, we brought in Metalab, a leading interface design agency, as a strategic partner.
With the agency behind popular platforms such as Uber, Slack, Amazon and Meta at our side, we set out on an aggressive scoping, research, design and testing process enrolling users from the field and the home office.
The design process focused on four specific user personas: Financial Advisor in the field, Operations Administrator/Assistant in the field, back-office processor in the home office and back-office supervisor in the home office.

The rollout of MVP UX will be made available for a selection of new Docupace clients beginning in early 2025.
We will approach the transition timeline for existing clients thoughtfully. We understand that there is both excitement and eagerness to adopt the new UX among our client base, as well as a little trepidation around the possible disruption of current business operations. We understand each client’s situation is unique and our CSM and Support Teams will work closely with each client individually to create a rollout plan that aligns with each firm’s appetite to adopt the new UX.
