2025 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service Honors Docupace with Gold, Silver and Bronze Awards

Docupace Senior Vice President of Training and Support Debbie Miller recognized as Woman of the Year in Customer Service category

The company won a Silver Stevie Award for “Frontline Customer Service Team of the Year”, a Bronze Award in the “Best Use of Omnichannel in Customer Service” category, and SVP of Training and Support Debbie Miller was recognized with a Gold Stevie for Woman of the Year in Customer Service.

Debbie Miller has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation as Manager of Support at Docupace since April 2022. Miller brings over a decade of experience managing service teams – transforming team culture, increasing employee engagement and significantly boosting customer satisfaction. Miller’s focus on innovation, efficiency and collaboration has positioned Docupace as an industry leader, setting benchmarks for customer experience and employee engagement.

The PreciseFP Support Team has demonstrated a consistent track record of excellence in customer service. This team boasts an exceptional average response time of less than 30 seconds and maintains a remarkable monthly customer satisfaction rate of 98%. Formed to enhance client interactions, the team has become integral to PreciseFP’s sustained success and growth. Their hallmark features include personalized responses, proactive communication, and rigorous training programs that keep them aligned with best practices.

Docupace’s Omnichannel Customer Services wins a Bronze Stevie Award for Best Use of Omnichannel in Custom Service – Financial Services Industries.

In mid-2022, Docupace implemented a comprehensive customer portal featuring ticket tracking, direct communication, and escalation options. By early 2023, additional tools such as dashboards and trend reports were launched, enabling 89% of client requests to be processed through the portal by April 2023. The final phase in 2024 introduced chat and phone support with dedicated representatives, driven by client feedback.

Docupace now processes 99% of inquiries through its portal, managing 400 tickets monthly. The company’s commitment to client-focused solutions and continuous improvement has positioned it as a leader in customer service innovation.

19th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.

Winners will be celebrated during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City on April 10.
